In this combo review article, my kids and I show-and-tell you all about two different Radio Flyer products: the All-Terrain Stroll N Trike, and the My First Scooter Sport. We’ve got lots of pictures and a bonus video to show you the good, the bad, and the honest about these two Radio Flyer toys! Continue reading
Guys, I finally did it! I read an entire grown-up book, all by myself! This is the first novel I’ve completed since my four year old was a newborn and I binge-read the Game of Thrones series on my iPad while midnight nursing. And since Bunmi Laditan’s book, Confessions of a Domestic Failure, just happens to be about a stay-at-home mom who tries to be everything and succeeds at nothing, I knew I had to write an honest review for you all. It’s a new year, and you want to be more organized! It’s such a great feeling of accomplishment to feel that you’ve “done” something and can cross an item off of your list. But if you’re like me, your to-do list just gets longer and longer (and you get more and more pissed off). If you’re doing disposables, this is a great entry-level article for you, with a list of products we actually used as well as techniques. If you’re doing cloth (or just considering it), you can read that article her which I wrote recently. This article was written in 2013 and has been updated. If you’re thinking about cloth diapering (which we love), I have a Cloth Diapering 101 article you must read!
Before I was a mother, I had never changed a diaper. Seriously. And luckily, my infant care class taught me how to change diapers on a plastic baby doll. But when you have a squirming, screaming baby at 2am, threatening to shower you with everything they’ve got left, classes and baby dolls aren’t a whole lot of help. Welcome to trial and error… at its finest. (Or messiest, whatever).
Here are my recommendations for products and processes to keep you and Baby clean and happy.
