I am a fan of counting macros. This calorie deficit system uses the science of the macronutrients our body needs to help us lose fat without losing muscle mass. It makes sense and it’s working for me! But I wanted to be fair to anyone who’s looking at tracking this way, and tell you about what sucks about counting macros.
